Shipping Information

Order Processing Time:

  • Our plants are typically processed within 3-4 days after your order is placed. However, please note that this timeframe may vary depending on factors such as plant availability and seasonal demand.
  • Due to varying weather conditions, we may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect your plants.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed, and another email with tracking information once your plants are on their way.

Shipping Methods:

  • We ship our plants, ensuring they arrive in optimal condition.
  • Standard shipping typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on your location within the United States.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75.

Shipping Conditions:

  • We take great care in packaging your plants to ensure they arrive safely. However, due to varying weather conditions, we may delay shipments during extreme heat or cold to protect your plants.
  • We currently ship only within the United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

Returns and Refunds

Our Guarantee:

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your plants, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@rootedhealingplants.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • We may ask for photos of the plants if they arrived damaged or in poor condition.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the plants to us or offered a replacement plant.

Refund Policy:

  • Customer can choose between a replacement plant or a refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to process.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards and sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
