Shipping and Return Policies
Shipping and Fulfillment Time
- We use USPS and Fedex for all shipping.
- USPS: 2-4 Days
- Fedex Ground: 3-6 Days
- Used for larger orders over 6 lbs
- Each plant is securely placed in a cardboard sleeve
We ensure all plants will arrive in healthy condition if ordered properly. Please note the following:
• All address changes for processed orders must be submitted within 24 hours.
• Courier delays and lost in transit issues are not covered within our guarantee policy.
• For plants that were damaged in shipment that don't fall within the criteria in the points above qualify for either a refund or replacement.
Refund or Replacement
For orders that arrive in unhealthy condition because of shipping errors within our team, we will happily issue a refund or arrange one replacement order.
• To qualify please send an email of the order to email@example.com with a picture of the damaged item and shipping information.
• Only one replacement order will be issued. For refunds, please allow 5-7 business days to process.
